The NADJ Ibiza CPD & Strategy Retreat is not a holiday with a few sessions bolted on. It’s a structured three-day programme designed for DJ business owners who are serious about professional development and want the space, the peers, and the expert input to make real progress on the things that matter in their business.
Running from 29–31 March 2026, the retreat combines formal CPD sessions (counted towards your NADJ CPD requirements), facilitated business strategy workshops, peer discussion groups, and unstructured time with fellow professionals who understand the specific challenges of running a DJ business. Ibiza provides the environment — away from the daily operational noise, in a setting that makes thinking clearly significantly easier.
